Els Roures, developed by Construccions Buiques, is a residential project located close to the centre of Escaldes.

The project, designed by the architectural team of N.Cinnamond, T. Sala y J. Soriano, Andorra consisted in the construction of 2 new low-rise buildings.
A total of 44 residential units (from 1 to 4 bedroom apartments) are featuring Arclinea kitchen cabinetry in line with the minimilist aesthetic of the interior spaces.
