Set in a centuries-old park, this elegant eighteenth century residence was designed by Muttoni and decorated with wonderful frescos by Tiepolo. Today it stands as an extraordinary example of how new life and original splendour can be restored to a historic Veneto villa thanks to work by an architects’ studio and the presence of offices and facilities, a restaurant and luxury guest house.

Just outside the city centre and very close to the motorway, Villa Zileri is the ideal solution for those who opt to live in contact with nature and according to eco-friendly principles, guaranteed by strict respect for the most up-to-date protocols on comfort and energy saving. On the cards are a spa inside the villa and an outdoor pool, to be built in collaboration with PROAP, the Portuguese studio of the landscape architect João Ferreira Nunes. Twenty brand new apartments have been inserted into this setting where details are all important, with contemporary design and top-level facilities. Arclinea was responsible for planning and supplies of furnishings for the kitchen and living areas in custom-designed layouts and finishes, chosen from laminates, matt lacquer and wood.
