From the professional kitchen to the "domestic kitchen", and from the domestic kitchen to the "cooking school"....

And just like New York (and before that Genoa), again in Rome Arclinea is the name behind the design of the large "Scuola di Cucina" classroom. Collaboration between Arclinea and Eataly started and has developed through a desire to promote and spread the concept of Made in Italy from a viewpoint of quality and according to a creative vision that has tradition dialoguing with innovation, with coherence, formality and harmony.

This project is part of the Arclinea Design Cooking School, the cookery school network that adopts Arclinea design. The Eataly Roma cookery school interiors are fitted with 5 large islands, each one allowing food preparation by two pupils at the same time. Arclinea also uses its "Vina" refrigerating wine unit in two different sections of the store reserved for wine tasting: the Wine-Tasting Room and the Restaurant Wine Room.

COOKERY SCHOOL
Comprising 5 islands measuring 392 cm in length, each one with a flush-fitted sink, Arclinea mixer, teppan yaki, induction hob, oven and Totem plug socket element for connections and small electrical appliances.

Door in white Satin laminate with ABS edge, ITALIA recessed handle. Worktop in white Satin laminate with stainless steel edge. Electrical appliances, hood and extraction system (Electrolux). Wall of tall units (for use by chef) with Nordic Oak wooden door and ITALIA recessed handle, worktop in white Satin laminate with stainless steel edge, 12 cm thick canopy shelf in Artusi steel. 2 multi-function ovens and 1 steam oven (Electrolux), blast chiller (Irinox), 91.4 cm refrigerator with Arclinea panelled door and Artusi handle (Sub-Zero).
